Can we fight Cancer and Cardiovascular Diseases by Eating Apples

Introduction

On 21 June 2000 Cornell University researchers revealed that eating an apple a day really does keep the doctor away, but you’ve got to eat the peel. And no fair skipping the apple altogether in favor of mega doses of vitamins in pill form. Fruits and vegetables in their natural state are better. How often this point was discussed at various forum with the hope that we  end up by recommending eating more fruit. While the original proverb was eat an apple on going to bed, and you’ll keep the doctor from earning his bread, the logic is still the same.
